Believing Painting

Believing Painting were very forthcoming about their operations and were very good at trying to meet the tasks I required for the job. Having said that, it was easy to find common ground for the job which resulted in a beautifully applied painted deck. I am very pleased with it.

This company was unable to provide a meaningful estimate despite my explaining my needs multiple times. The worker had me sign his estimate prior to beginning any work. I found this odd as usually a company wants you to sign the invoice/work order once theyve completed the work that youre satisfied and the work is complete. He spent the first 30 minutes texting someone in different places. When I went to check on him in the project area to make sure things were being covered and going well, he just went outside to continue texting. He then spilled a large quantity of white paint on my driveway. He was attempting to clean the paint while knelt down without any shoes on when I checked on him. It seems he didnt bother to put them on when he went outside and was standing on my wet driveway. I told him he should have shoes on outside and he just stated they were in his truck. When I reached out to HomeAdvisor for help, I sat on hold for several minutes. So, I decided to use the chat function. The representative advised me I could stop the project if I wasnt happy. Next, he advised me I must submit a review before they do anything to assist me. Not sure what the customer service people are supposed to actually do if not help customers? I told him the contractor was still here and asked for help. Nothing. Im regretting my decision to hire this so-called professional and very much doubt the accolades that HomeAdvisor has for him on their website. If a problem arises with one of the contractors they refer, dont expect HomeAdvisor to do anything to assist!

These are the hardest working people I've ever hired. Jose does NOT compromise quality. He goes beyond expectations to ensure the best job possible. I am going to hire them again for another project. Their work ethic is outstanding and I highly recommend them.

Jose was timely, communicated the status if there was a delay due to weather. Very professional. Work quality was outstanding will defintely be hiring the company again.
