Everything was fine

good job , but at 1350$ for a 500 $ tank and 2 hr labor , well that is alot .

We had two crews here we had 2 furnaces installed with AC! One main reason we went with them was a 10 guarantee for labor...all other companies give only one year...and price was very good too... We are very pleased... and their team leader came to make sure they were doing a professional job...

Professional, quality service

The team doing the work was very thorough and professional. They did some extra things that weren't part of the original estimate, but did not charge extra for them. They were extremely efficient and explained everything very well. They completed the work in one day and cleaned everything up before they left. I was satisfied with the job and cost of the work.

Came out to my house quickly but overcharged for a part.

ALL the people at Belknap were extremely helpful. My furnace was installed in one day. Prior to installation, all my questions were addressed. They thoroughly explained what steps they needed to go through to install my furnace and what the pros and cons were to various installation methods. They called back after a few weeks to see how things were and if I was satisfied. I am! If I could ask for a customer service improvement, it would be that they could offer regular business hours on Saturdays and not just emergency service.

Heater failed Saturday afternoon, leaving country early Sunday Morning. Prompt call back, arrived as stated, professional in house and solved the issue.
