Belko Construction Corporation

no high pressure, installers were always on time and very neat.

I am beyound happy with the work that was done on my house by Belko construction! Service was prompt, profesional and done in a timely manner. Every question I had was answered in detail and every request I made was taken care of. I have already recommended them to people I work with and neighbors. Really a very great experiance!!

I highly recommend Belko Construction. The personnel was professional, on time; I was well informed about the project: price, product, paperwork needed. They helped with the association and city permits. The windows are installed & inspected. Great job. I love the windows and am using Belko for another project. The PRICE was 40-50% LOWER than other prices given I am recommending them to my family and friends.

Workers were professional, capable and polite. They paid attention to details and also cleaned up well. The finish work was bery well done. We had hurricane impact glass sliding doors and windows installed.

Took us a long time to decide which patio sliding doors we want, hurricane impact or non impact. We have a few contractors competing for the contract from us. Richard and Steven both present them self us very knowledgeable of the product's they are selling. Quality of the installation done by Ron and his helper was impeccable. Richard's supervision and final inspection of the job make us very satisfied customer. Yes, we will recommend Belko to anybody.

My wife and I were thrilled with the service and help that Belko provided us during every step of the process. we love our new windows and would have put the wrong ones in without their help. Thanks Steve we really appreciate your help and team

low pressure sales nice guy

It is hard to find honest workers in south florida, but I found them working for Belko Construction Corp. They were on time for their appointments, did not raise the estimated price after work began, completed installing hurricane rated sliders in the timeline agreed upon, cleaned up the worksite everyday, polite workers, and my doors look great. If you are looking for door or window replacement, Belko Construction will not disappoint you.

Excellent workmanship. The estimated quote was accurate and detailed. The Installers were very professional and demonstrated a complete sense of confidence. They advised me on each step of progression throughtout the project. Would recommend Belko to family, friends and neighbors.

Have had my windows for a month. Love them. I couldn't believe they had my window out and in so quick. The installer was a pro and very polite. I'm recommending them to all my friends.

Professional from start to finish ... from the first phone call to the final inspection. Installation was flawless: had a confirmation call, installers were actually early, had drop clothes, vaccuum and cleaned up afterwards. Salesperson even showed up as the workers were packing up to make sure I was happy and to see if I had any questions. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Go with Belko!

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. They were very professional, always on time and kept me up to date on the project from start to finish. The crew did a great job and I would highly recommend using Belko Construction. I am very satisfied with the quality of work, the products, and the customer service. Top Notch!!

Belko replaced all the windows and a large sliding door in my apartment. The overall experience in terms of service and quality of the installation, was great. They fulfilled all the expectations and were very diligent and informative in all the phases of the process. I recommend them highly. Very professional

All work was completed ahead of schedule. The quality of the craftsmanship exceeded my expectation. I contracted this work while out of state, I was kept informed at every step without having to place a call myself. The workers were neat and clean, and if not for the new windows, door and sliders that had been installed I would not have know they were there. As a professional who contracts hundreds of jobs annually myself, i say without hesitation that Belko rates up there with the very best. I am considering doing some additional work in my Co-Op and will definitely use Belko once again.. My Highest Recommendation

They were professional, reliable and did a good job with the installation

Steve and Rich did a top-notch job. I would recommend them highly.

done this several times

Belko Construction did a quality job. They showed up on time for all appointments and both Steve and Richard are a pleasure to work with.

Richard and Steve were good people to work with. They were courteous, prompt, and knowlegable. My wife and I had hurricane rated windows installed to replace our standard windows. They took care of the permit and scheduling the work and were done in a couple of days. The installations were really great with very minimal touch up work to the stucco on the exterior of the house. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the service provided. My only negative point is that Belko was, on average, about $900 more expensive than other estimates I received. Even so, we chose them because they were very professional.

Belko Construction Corporation kept me informed and explained every step of the project. Everyone was professional and courteous. They started and completed the job in the time frame promised. I would recommend Belko to anyone who needs window service.

Very good follow up - We had issues with getting approval from our condominium association and Belko continued to follow up and assist us. They were timely in their installation and their employees were professional.

I was very impressed with Belko construction. I have worked with other contractors in the past who have not done what they said they were going to due. Not only did they do exactly what they were going to do but they did it on time. They showed up exactly when they said they would and when there were small issues they communicated them to me immediately so we could have them resolved. We have done a complete remodel slowly and they are the only people we have worked with who we would recommend to our friends. It is hard to find good contractors and they are it.

Mr Stephen Belton was professional. He was specific and explained everything in a clear way. He has great communication skills. Since we had to select one contractor and there was not much difference with our existing contractor we decided to stay with the current one. We could have taken Belko with no hesitation. I will strongly recommend them to my friends and neighbours. My comments are based on my few meetings/discussions with Mr. Belton.

I would hire him again with no reservations.
