They did a very in-depth job. Removed almost every leaf even from the ground cover around the perimeter of our home. We are considering using them for spring cleanup as well.

I asked to clean up the back yard from leafs and branches which were there after trees' trimming. They gave me a quote which I assumed was for everything, so I accepted it. They took care on leaves and left the branches. When I called to customer service she said the quote was just for leafs despite I requested the branches explicitly both online and later when I called them to schedule the appointment. She said If I still want to get help with branches they will come and give me another quote, but so far nobody came and it is covered with snow now so I feel like it will sit there till spring. Also when I called to make an appointment she said they are booked and it can take up to 2-3 weeks before they will be able to come. The Home Advisor should check the availability of pros they recommend before they send the info to customer.

Belko responded very quickly, exceeded expectations for the spring clean-up of our 2/3rds acre lawn and the price was very reasonable.

I had contacted Belko Landscaping to remove some rock in the back yard. John had come on site as requested and left a quote for me to look over. I called Belko and told them I accepted their quote. They told me they would not be able to remove the rock until sometime in May. I told them that was fine just contact me when you will be completing the work and send an invoice so I can pay it. I didn't hear from them for the quote for over a week , I called the receptionist she said they would contact me and send the quote when they are able to schedule the work. Yesterday while I was at work My wife called and said there were two people in the back yard removing rock, I had not scheduled anyone nor was any notification given that some one was coming by. I had my wife contact the police, after speaking with the Police, we discovered it was Belko picking up the rock. I contacted John and he apologized and I let them finish the work. The thing that had upset myself and my wife was that Belko gave no notification they were coming to my house, they didn't knock on the door and notify my wife that they were doing work, they unlatched and opened my back yard (thank god the dog wasn't out there) brought equipment into my yard with absolutely no notification. I will not be hiring them again.

Hired Belko to do a Spring clean-up and dethatching of my front and back yard. While my yard isn't huge, I still had a good amount of leaves and pine needles around from last fall and was in need of a major cleaning. Belko was responsive and timely in starting the job and finished quickly, in about 2.5 hours. Cost seemed very reasonable given the mess my yard was in. I also got Belko to remove a very large pile of limbs from my backyard for a small additional cost. Also, very easy to schedule a job and/or request a quote! Would recommend and use again!

John Belko is professional, courteous, friendly, and accomodating. He made an appointment to meet me and kept it, even in the rain at the end of a long work day. His mowing crew was thorough, precise, and left the work area immaculate- all very important to me. I was not at home when the crew arrived but it was a pleasure to come home to the job they completed. Mr. Belko is an excellent businessman and hires a great crew. I recommend him highly. -Linda D
