Had my thermostat removed and wasn't put in properly. The owner came out and wired my thermostat properly and did it out of courtesy and didn't charge us. Great business!!!

In these days of such poor customer service most everywhere, it was a pleasure working with Bell Air Conditioning. Of the three pros recommended, they are the only one who contact me directly. Not only that, but they were at my home within 4 hours ... on a Sunday! Fixed the problem with no difficulty. The service tech, Chris was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks for your prompt service!

They were quick to respond and had our air conditioner running immediately. Price for parts was high. Our technician seemed in a hurry but he did answer our questions and addressed our concerns.

My A/C stopped working, blew hot air. Called in the morning Bell A/C, the guy was there in 3 hours as was promised. He was nice and knowledgeable, changed some parts, set up my new thermostat,, checked the system and all this for a reasonable price. I will call them next time I have an issue. Thank you guys.

The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a weekend service call with only a $40 price tag. Reasonable. He provided a quick-fix so we could have A/C until the part we needed could be ordered. The less than stellar rating is because another A/C company offered to do same job for about $100 less. While BellAir offered to lower their price when I called to cancel their follow-up visit, I was disappointed they didn't offer lower prices to begin with.

Fast service and cost was less than I thought it was going to be. Tech was efficient and professional.

Bell A/C changed a part that was a bit out of limits, and tightened some loose wires on the fuse panel. The real problem was located in the air handling unit where some insulation came loose from the unit and was restricting the flow of air. Upon the completion of the outside work the technician was satisfied he had fixed the problem and when we went inside to test the system I insisted that the air was not properly working. He agreed to inspect the AHU and found the real problem, but this was because I insisted the problem still existed and he agreed to continue to look at it at my insistence. Yes, it was fixed, but because I was firm.

It was a minor problem and was surprised that they didnt give me some lame lie on something else to hike up the price, especially since I wasnt there. I will hire them for the rest of my AC and heating needs.

Called in the morninng and he showed up in one hour. Fixed the problem, did a routine maintenance on A/c and furnance. Professional and helpfull.
