    Hited to help install a toilet tank that was leaking. Took the time to remove the tank and use proper sized gasket and reinstall properly with nuts, washers and bolts. Still leaked after initial installation. Tech took the time to remove and start over. Second attempt did not stop the leak (diagnosed as a possible microcrack). Appreciated the time and effort to address my problem

    Plumber did his job well. The company itself misled me with the pricing. I have never had a plumbing job done before, so I do not know what would be considered a fair price. The problem is, over the phone they told me one price, when the plumber arrived he informed it would be $145 more than what I was initially quoted. And not to mention he arrived after the time frame he should have, which was a 4 hour window. Would not recommend or work with again.

    We discussed the installation of grab bar and toilet bidet. Technician showed me types and sizes of bar. Types and styles of bidet. He ordered and scheduled date of installation. When parts arrived, he came and performed installation. Everything was quick, convenient and a pleasant experience.
