Did a good job overall but the pricing was not clear. Offered upfront consultation price and then additional cost for fixing the problem. Consultation was supposed to be subtracted from the cost to fix, but he added the cost together when billing me saying that the price he gave included removing the consultation. That was not clear and was very frustrating.

Hi Colin, you are correct the dispatch fee for weekdays during regular business hours should be waived if the customer goes forward with any work. I apologize this did not happen and understandably caused a frustrating experience. I refunded the dispatch fee charge for that day. Please call if you need anymore plumbing or heating services.
