We had a 1500 sq ft finished basement full of trash (i.e. pool table, workout machines, furniture, bar, wall shelves, wine cellar, workshop, etc) and mold that need to be emptied and stripped (ceiling, paneling, drywall, insulation, studs, baseboard heating) down to the cinderblock walls and floor joist ceiling leaving only the electrical hanging intact from the ceiling. Ben came and assessed and his price was below two other estimates. The crew was professional and polite, frequently checked in to confirm certain items were true to be removed before demolishing them, and always took measures to make sure I was safe from hanging electrical or sharp nails and debris when I came down to see how things were going. They knocked it out fast (four 30-yard containers full), left the place bare, and removed the containers fast once the job was complete. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend them for any substantial demo job.

Bella contracting came to my rescue when my garage was about to collapse. Ben (owner) was very professional and worked really quickly in submitting paperwork to my town to get a permit. The electrician who came was polite friendly and very knowledgeable. The demo team --- HANDS DOWN TO THEM! You guys are the absolute BEST! They demolished my garage BY HAND (No machines as it was too close to my neighbors garage)!!! The team that came to collect the trash- you did great picking up all those pieces of wood and nails. The best part is he doesn't collect ANY payment until the job is completed. This shows you that they pride themselves on a job well done. Thank you Ben, you and your team are fantastic! Fast efficient and quick to the scene on weekend to assess property destruction, secure the area and got a crew onsite immediately to prevent further destruction to my home. Start to finish, my experience with Bella Contracting exceeded my expectations. Ben and every member of his team were professional and polite, responsive and able to meet my timeframe and reasonably priced. The work was completed and cleaned up nicely at the end of the project and carted off all the debris using their own trucks, including a separate trip back the next day for some additional materials that didn't fit, which saved much time and additional cost to me. I am very happy with the results! I would not hesitate to use Bella Contracting again or recommend them to anyone in the future!

They were very professional and correct on the job they were hired to do. Not to mention that the price was very affordable (around $300 cheaper) compared to other companies. I would recommend them to everyone, as i was very happy with them.

I met Ben at the house and walked down the demolition job to bring down a 3000 sq ft residential home. He promptly gave me a quote with a good price and after receiving the demo permit, he went to work with his guys to bring down the house and remove the debris. Barry, his heavy equipment operator is super friendly and nice. They even started the job New Year's eve as requested so I can get my house off the tax roll. He kept me informed on what was going on and due to a massive snow storm, the job slowed down but once the snow melted, he finished up and even returned to clean up the job site as requested. Easy to work with and good communication via text and phone. He was also very flexible with the payment. Good to work with and would use again.

Ben and his men replaced my hot boiler, fixed several leaks, lifted heavy objects, performed difficult home maintenance and even cleared the snow from my driveway and walkway. They were professional and considerate hard workers. Ben makes himself available 24 hours/day and is always true to his word. He kept me informed re work details and costs. Just make sure that when he comes that he needs to seal off the rooms in order to protect the rest of the house, and he needs a contract. He did not seal off rooms or provide the contract he promised. For demolition work, they need the right tools in order to complete the job, which he did not have.

The were on time and friendly. They worked well and left demolition area clean.

Ben showed up on time for the estimate when promised. He was complete and thorough with pricing and completing the project. His team lead by TJ were very pleasant to work with, they were very detailed with there work. One project lead to 3 others projects which Ben and his team made time for.
