Great company. My original plan was very naive and way beyond what I could afford. Shawn helped me create a workable plan that actually accomplished more for less money. My front yard is beautiful and practical. Very professional, all expenses clearly laid out in advance. Backyard now has a lovely patio and a stairway I can use to acess my hill. I felt their goal was beyond the immediate job but looking to the future as well, Well done.

It was a pleasure to work with Bella Design Pavers & Turf. Throughout my entire backyard remolding project they were complete experts. They do it all! Jason was able to turn my backyard dream/vision into a reality and I can't thank him enough. They did everything they said they were going to do while being completely transparent throughout the whole project. They finished the project in a timely manor, cleaned up very well and left everything the way the found it. Just like they said they would. If I had to do the project all over again I would 100% chose Bella Design Pavers & Turf.

Jason and his team at Bella made our backyard dreams come true! From the moment we met we knew this was the right company for us. They were the only company that put together a professional design concept that allowed us to see what was possible and unimaginable. They worked within our budget and even offered easy financing so they we could add more to our project and complete all at once. The process was so seemless and easy. Rafael and his team worked hard everyday and cleaned up every night the work is superb and higher quality then we could imagine. I highly recommend Bella.

My wife and I had an excellent overall experience with Bella Design, Pavers and Turf. Shayna helped us design a complete re landscaping of our front yard, driveway and walk; using pavers, river rock, boulders, gravel, mulch , artificial turf, succulents and other plants. She , Rafaell and Daniel were easy to work with and communication was very good. The lighting was a nice special touch. Love our natural looking dry creek bed and the overall aesthetics this project brought to our front yard. All the workers were very polite and accommodating and kept the work site neat. We would definitely use Bella again! Signed agreement, paid deposit, cancelled and was told they would refund my deposit. Have not refunded the deposit.

"Bella Pavers never received a payment and therefore Are unable to return or refund a payment. We cancelled contract at owners requests. Homeowner informed us that she wrote a check to someone other then the company to a Personal name and it was cancelled but we are still confused as to what happened as we were never paid. We informed customer that we would like to work with her to figure out what happened and what she did and asked why she didn?t pay the company directly and make out a check to the company name. We believe the customer is sincere and not trying to commit fraud but having difficult understanding what the customer did. We told her that we will help in anyway we can and would of course return any deposit that was paid to us but there has been no payment made. Customer can feel free to call us anytime and we will be glad to follow up and try to help her."

Bella is the Best Contractor we have ever hired. They are honest, stand by their word, and do beautiful work. We were blown away by the finished project and it was a fun experience. Rafael and the rest of Jason s crew were amazing and hard workers and extremely respectful of our property. We are already planning our next project and are going to hire Bella back for more work.

The crew hired to do the work was amazing, professional and courteous. Rafael, project lead on the job was incompetent, did not communicate with us and due to poor decisions he made, the job had to be redone numerous times.

Shawn was great to work with, very knowledgeable and gets right to the point. They did a great job on my retaining walls and French drains and their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. The crew was hard working and very knowledgeable of what they were doing. They also clean up well at the end.

It was a pleasure to work with these guys from start to finish. Rafael is the kind of guy you can present with any problem and he solves it with apparent ease. They followed my design beautifully, made good decisions, and brought no drama! They were very clean and respectful of our home and property and spot on with schedule and timing. They came highly recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed! Our yard is gorgeous.

schedule changes were not always clearly communicated. That is the only reason I rated them 4.5 instead of 5.0 for customer service. Otherwise, a great company to work with. Employees were all very nice, and the area was always cleaned up after every work day. I do recommend them!

The workmanship done by Bella Design to install the driveway/walkway pavers and completely renovated front lawn with turf and water saving plants and rocks was above par. All the workers were very professional and the entire project was done in a very timely manner. I would give Bella Design Pavers and Turf more than five stars if I could.

Crew arrived 15-30 minutes before scheduled work hours. As they worked they redesigned portions of the retaining wall,to improve appearance, without extra cost. The workers were considerate and efficient. They cleaned up site at the end of each work day.

One of the best experiences we have had with outside work. Spent a lot of money but Wade and his crews were excellent all the way through the project. Wade worked with our neighbor to insure they were ok with our block wall and was able to use their property to access ours. He left their property in better shape than he found it. He had great people work each part of the project and kept us informed of the progress. Bella Design's bid... we had three... was right in the mix but his attitude and professional demeanor set him apart especially when he said he wanted to talk with our neighbor so they knew what was going on. I highly recommend Bella Design and Wade. We are very pleased with our new wall.
