Susan at Bella floors was unable to perform the repair at the seam and stretch out my carpet which I needed, however, she referred me to Bob from REM who did an outstanding job. Bob and his staff were friendly, timely, and fairly priced. Thanks to Susan's referral, my project was done to our approval!!!

we are going to use Bella Floors, but are waiting for our vacation time, in order to keep the dogs away from the workers, she was excellant, professsional came over within 2 days to give us the estim. and the estim. was emailed within one day after that. keeps in touch with me weekly, but not pushy at all. we just need to find the time to get to her store to look at tile. They are great
