Garage Door Repair
This company arrived on very short notice! I called them at 11:30 pm. They arrived December 23 at around 9:30 am. The technician was nice and friendly. My car was stuck in my garage because the spring was broken, and I needed to get out to do my Christmas shopping. The repair was done in a little over an hour. The technician was nice enough to waive one of the fees they charge for me. Very quick and professional. He did try to sell me on some other product, but it turned out he didn't have the product on the truck. He tried to sell me two springs when only one spring had actually broken. I still recommend this company if you need fast and friendly service.

Garage Door Opener Installation and Replacement
They were on time and over all did a good job. Only concern is once job was totally completed the tech said I should have spring(s) replaced. That was it. Think that should have been brought to my attention prior to job being completed and advised of cost to have it 100% right and the approximate cost given. So, I guess now I'm supposed to call them again to obtain this information. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Garage Door Installation and Replacement
The installer called when I first inquired to be sure we did not have a car blocked in the garage. The next day he came to the house, explained our options and gave us a price. We hired him on the spot. It took a couple of weeks for the door to come in. He and an associate arrived on time, installed the door and took down the old one to be hauled away. We are very happy with the results and feel the price was fair.

The Gentleman Nick Urbano, represented Sears in a very professional way, I was very pleased with his preforming his job, as an single person he finished the job in one and half hrs. super job well done.
