Bella Home Design, LLC

Great company to work with in getting you the home of your dreams!

I am a real estate investor and I have worked with several GC s in my time. My normal crew was tied up and after interviewing numerous companies, I landed Bella Homes. Marco was a pleasant guy to talk business and shop - very sharp guy; however, upon execution he disappeared. I have never witnessed this before. Him and his architect was unable to be reached after dozens of attempts via calls, texts, whatsapp (I see he has read the message). It s been a few months of back and forth until they finally ghosted on me - for no reason. This is no small task too at about $150k job. Now my project is at a standstill with literally no response for why I was mistreated and have to start the process all over with a new team. In addition, spent money upfront to get survey conducted ($400) from his recommended guy and even that was pulling teeth and took two weeks. It s a damn shame and poor professionalism.

Signed contract April 2019 for a six month project that still is not finished. The company they get materials from has placed a lien on our home because Bella Home Design has not paid them. After all these long months away from our home I would not recommend nor would I use them again.

These guys do not mess around. Professional and fast. Very happy with the overall experience.

Great company. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work and responsiveness. Marco is terrific. They retiled 2 Baths and replaced tile floor in laundry room. Outstanding work. This was a very messy job but they cleaned everything up to my satisfaction, leaving the house almost better than when they started! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I would use them again on any project.

Very professional, helpful, and polite......everything was presented, explained, and done in a professional and considerate way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bella Home Design

He was not the cheapest but he seemed more knowledgeable and detail oriented. I just felt like he was better suited for the project than the others. He completed the project on schedule and on budget and accomplished everything he said he would. We are very satisfied with the results. The workers were very nice too. Felt very comfortable working them them.

He did some metal work around my house, replacing some old metal railings we had on our porch etc. It wasn't anything major, but they were extremely professional and their customer service was great. Their communication was fantastic and quality of work was great as well.

They were great at customer service. The work is good but the customer service was very good.
