I hired Nick for painting and flooring. I had my entire condo unit repainted (with high ceilings), carpet removal, and vinyl floor installment. Nick kept me updated every step of the way and sent pictures and video updates, and he always called to clarify any questions. The finished product came out beautiful and so clean! There was zero garbage left behind. He has a great amount of experience and gave me recommendations. I would highly recommend!

Nick is a pleasure to work with. Our basement turned out great. He had great suggestions for improving our home. His pricing was always fair, even for late changes. We already recommended him to one of our friends and they were also really happy.

I would not recommend him to anyone. His work is shoddy at best. He had to rip out a whole section of backsplash because it was put on so crooked, the reason being, he never put wonder board on the existing wall to make sure the tiles would be smooth and even. When he did it the second time it was still crooked because, once again, he did not put the wonder board in place first, and he refused to fix it the right way. Also found a number of cracked tiles throughout the kitchen for the same reason. He left open spaces under the cabinets. All his work just looks unfinished, he doesnâ t seem to have any pride in his work. We will need to call in a tile guy to fix the back splash which will cost us more money!! This is very frustrating, especially since he was paid 90% of the money. He put a door in incorrectly, it opened the wrong way, so he took off the handle flipped the door over so it would open the other way, put the handle back on and plugged the handle holes that were now on the top of the door. This is what he does when building someone a brand new kitchen costing Thousands of dollars!!! Also we paid for two glass cabinet doors which supposedly were on backorder and he never got those to us either, I am extremely upset about this. His attitude stinks. He argues about everything, uses inappropriate language and is just very difficult to deal with. I could go on and on, but dealing with him has stressed me out so much I donâ t even want to think about him anymore. Just take my advice and donâ t use him.

We hired Nick to finish our basement. When we purchased the home, the basement had been left at the very beginning of a remodeling process. After waiting for several years, we found Nick. He came in and was able to pick up where the previous contractor left off. He was always on time, professional, and clean. The finished product is better than what we had expected. We will be 100% returning customers!

Nick was able to effectively manage a hefty to-do list and turn my first home, a one bedroom condo that needed a lot of work, into the space of my dreams. He is a seasoned professional and was able to offer advice and input when needed. I appreciate his work and am grateful for the results, and am looking forward to enjoying my newly renovated kitchen, bath, flooring, and more!

Our wooden floor was saturated with water leaked from our water cooler. Luckily we found Nick and asked him a few questions through emails, which he was responsive and helpful. We asked him to visit our place to further inspect the damage and he arrived the next day fully geared despite of our short notice and tight schedule. Nick was very professional and exactly knew what he was doing. He made honest, unbiased suggestions from a total homeowner's standpoint. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

We hired Nick to repair a hole in our kitchen ceiling and to paint the kitchen. From the moment we first spoke, he was professional and did absolutely everything he said he would and more. He was able to fit our repairs into his schedule quickly. He was honest, punctual, very professional and just overall a wonderful person to work with. The project was completed quickly and on budget. Honesty, Skill, Communication, Integrity - 4 concepts I want in a contractor. Nick Pascale over achieves in each of these qualities. I am a repeat customer; a couple of years ago I was very pleased with the repairs done to a leaky window & the repair & painting of the adjacent walls. From the initial quotation, Nick was straight forward and upfront about what was possible. His communication throughout the project was timely and informative. Photos, texts and phone calls updated the progress. A condo project presents some different challenges than does a house. When issues did arise, Nick had solutions. These were issues that could not have been foreseen prior to demolition. His solutions were well thought out. He kept compromises from becoming problems. Nick presented a time line for the job and he met it. His coordination with the other tradesmen was flawless. He even managed to get the initial inspection scheduled in a timely manner so delays were avoided. Nick & Sal took care to protect the areas around the construction by carefully laying drop cloths and closing doors -keeping mess and distraction to a minimum. All areas were impeccably cleaned and vacuumed at the end of the project. He left the entire condo in immaculate condition. I could not be more pleased with final product. I cannot recommend Bella Home Improvements highly enough.

From the time we met Nick while going through the estimate phase of our project we felt very comfortable with him. He came in to see the problem and then explained all the options available to us and what each of those options would entail in order to help us make the right decision on how to proceed. Nick explained everything he was going to do each step of the way. He walked us through everything from showing us all the choices of tiles available to all the accessories like the sinks and vanities etc. Nick and Sal did a great job on the plumbing that was needed especially with handling the “little” problems found after opening the walls. Nick and his crew showed up every day right on time and put in long hard days that included keeping the areas around the bathroom protected and clean. His expertise in all the phases of the construction kept the job right on schedule. He gave me a time frame and he was finished right on schedule. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and how professional Nick and his group were at all times. If I ever need anything else done in our home Nick will be the first one we call.

We hired Nick to install new windows in a master bedroom, and he ended up taking on several other projects as well (repairing drywall from water damage, closing up an existing window, etc). I had a leak in my bathroom which caused damage to a section of my kitchen ceiling, Nick and Sal showed up on time and did excellent job. Sal repaired ceiling so good it looked better than it did before and left the area clean. I hired Nick back to paint the kitchen and fix a window .. He will be coming back in a few weeks to paint the exterior of my house

My husband is sick with cancer and we tried to do fix our deck ourselves thinking we were going to save money. Unable to finish the job, we called Nick and he came right over. I was very pleased with him as he was honest and fair. We had contacted another company to compare prices and all the man talk about was that he knew someone that would buy my house and telling me how much work the deck needed. When I called Nick to tell him that he could do the job, the very next day he told me he would start tomorrow!! Pascale worked closely with me throughout the repair which required other tradespeople as well. He was a true partner, staying in touch and on top of the project. His drywall work was a master piece!!! Amazing. You would never know the ceiling had been open to the sky for the duration of the project. He got it all buttoned up and lovely. I'm happy!! I would call him again!

Nick was great to work with. Without going into a lot of detail, a family emergency sidelined our project, but Nick worked with us and was patient and understanding. In addition he did a fabulous, clean job. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Scope of work was to completely replace the front door, frame, sidelights, entry flooring, storm door, rear door, door frame and rear storm door. Results were SPECTACULAR at an extremely reasonable price. The quality of the work is IMPECCABLE. To call Nick a "handyman" is like calling Bobby Flay a "cook" or Calvin Klein a "taylor". He is a craftsman who takes pride in his work, is down to earth and is a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend you speak with him before moving forward with your next project.
