Bella Pool Services

Professional and reliable. Reasonable monthly rate. Pool looks great.

Lack of services and competences in the maintenance services, the quality of the water is never measured and deep cleaning including vacuuming occurs only once a month... And this continued despite our requests and notices... The water PH was such bad that limestone and sediment appeared in the pool (brand new pool !!!!).

What a terrible experience! Avoid doing any business with Luis and Bella Pool Services. I hired Luis to do a full pool remodel. He was incredibly slow, and tried to up-charge on everything. He was so lazy, that more than a couple of times we caught him sleeping in our yard. He would also disappear for weeks at a time, with no communication. He always had his hand out, asking for progress payments... Finally, I made the mistake of giving him a progress payment, and he never showed up again. He will not answer calls or emails. We have a contract with him, and will now be forced to go to litigation. Luis will take your money and disappear.

I hired a person to service my pool in june of 2018. since day 1 i had questions about his work habits and job performance but I have severe osteoarthritis in my knees I didn't say much because it at least save me time and effort in me having to do the work myself. Finally I got to the point to where I had had enough and Fired him. Home Advisor sent me several other pool service companies that offed less for more than Bella Pools. Bella Pools got the work because of what the offered.

It was good

Luis will take care of your pool. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed a couple of issues we had and will be installing a heater. DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER. GIVE LUIS A CALL.

Luis arrived on time and did a great job checking out my pool problems. It is an old pool, and no one else has known what the problem was. I would highly recommend him.

The best experience I Ever had! Luis is very acomidating, fair in pricing, knowledgeable, professional, certified by DWP, SO CAL GAS and PANTAIR pumps installation/programming and maintanence. Luis was amazing he was very knowledgeable about what I needed done on my pool and quoted me a great price. He went above and beyond to make sure everything regarding my pool was taken care of. I am looking forward to working with them again. As a first time home owner it was a pleasure to have honest hard working people providing an excellent service.
