There are numerous great encounters that I could tell you about David during the construction process but this is the one that touches me the most. I decided that I wanted the kitchen window knocked out for a pass thru to the new movie room. David said, "not a problem". David took the window out. We looked at it for a few minutes and Jeff said it would be really cool if it was cut out all the way down to the sink which David did. The plumbing was exposed and Jeff was studying the plumbing. David ask, "Jeff what is on your mind"? Jeff shook his head and said I got my work ahead of me. After Jeff left to go back to work, David immediately rerouted all of the plumbing for Jeff. This was not David's responsibility. I told him to make sure he added all of this work to the final draw. He said "Oh no, I want to surprise Jeff" and he most certainly did. David did not have to do this. He also had the pass thru arched, sheet rocked and floated for us free of charge. This is just one example of his character. He wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted which we most certainly did. David went over and beyond for us. Our addition is more beautiful that what we had ever imagined. I love it!! Everyone that comes over, their mouths drop. David is not only an awesome builder but person as well. David, you ROCK!!! Jeff and Gwen Hutton

David did everything he said he would do in a timely manner. His communications skills are excellant. I would hire him again.

Had to have a tiny bathroom totally reconfigured for an elderly person to make it wheel chair accessible and install walk in / wheel chair accessible shower in a week (ADA Compliant). David and his team got it done on time he committed to and helped us with ideas to make it better. His price was higher than another company but David's work was high quality, detailed, and comprehensive. The job site was cleaned up each day and the workers were competent and courteous.
