Vince contacted me by phone within 24 hours (the other two companies never bothered), and came out the next day to check out my job. He worked up a plan on the spot and wrote me an estimate before leaving. He came back when he said he would and finished up in one afternoon keeping almost exactly to the original estimate. He was moderately priced: not the cheapest but I felt he provided excellent service, which to me is worth paying for. Highly recommended.
