We hired this company to build a building pad on our property. There was no written contract, and what started as one project turned into a final invoice that was tens of thousands of dollars higher than expected (over triple the amount of the bid). The dirt used for the project came from the contractor's own property, yet we were charged premium per-load rates along with additional charges for equipment, grading, and cleanup of the area where the dirt was taken from. We were also billed for equipment time when my husband was operating the equipment himself, to help with the project, because he was asked to, and had even replaced the fuel he used. Throughout the project, costs continued to increase without written change orders or clear approval of the additional charges. When the final invoice arrived, we were shocked by the amount being claimed.

He has done a several job for me and he has done a good job. He showed up when he will and I am happy with the work he does.
