We are dog lovers, and it just so happens we own a painting company. The one thing we truly love about our dogs are that they are working dogs. They wake up in the morning, ready to do something important. They run hard, pay attention, and want to be where the action is, so we named our company after Bella, a Welsh Pembroke Corgi. Bella, is a sheep dog who can run and chase and even retrieve, for 12 hours. She just never stops. We thought that was a great work ethic for a painting company. We have experience working for a national painting company that did a great job training us on how to do quality work, but you have to work really hard, all day long to be a good painter. You have to hire really hard working people, who are honest and trustworthy and friendly as you... And yes, as honest and trustworthy and friendly as Bella. So we are now Bella's Army, LLC, a whole company of people committed to working hard and making you happy with your painting project.

We had a terrible experience with Bella's Army. When we first sought quotes for exterior paint, Brian came the next day and indicated that if we wanted to get on the schedule within the year we'd need to pay the deposit immediately. I'm not a fan of pressure tactics but my husband wanted to get the job done ASAP. Once he received payment, we didnt hear back for months despite endless emails and calls to get on the schedule. When we did get a response, it was vague and we could not get a estimated date for months. Finally we were given a date and waited. On the expected date, they did not show up or call. I called to follow up and was told our project was delayed. I understand weather impacts exterior paint. That is absolutely acceptable. What is not acceptable is not calling the customer to tell them about the delay. This happened more than once. Finally we asked to have the job completed or our money back and they came after that. The paint job itself was generally OK but the prep work was not done as specified in the contract. It appeared that no prep was done at all - no sanding, no removing old chips and peeling. No filling holes and gaps as listed in the contract. They also did not tape our brand new front door and painted all over the edges of the door. I had to ask them to return to remove the paint. It was still not cleaned completely but I gave up. Lastly, they permanently damaged my car. I was out of town for the actual paint job (since it was not done as scheduled) and Brian said they covered my car (in the driveway) but the cover blew off. They got sprayed paint all over my vehicle. Brian paid for professional detailing to fix it but the detailer could not remove the paint from most of the car because the chemicals to remove paint would melt the car materials (plastic). Overall the worst experience with home services. Terrible communication and customer service, very expensive for a mediocre job, and permanent damage to my car.

The team did a great job! They performed: a complete painting of the exterior of my brick home, my metal shed and wood fence. Brian was great to deal with. I will definitely be hiring Bella's Army, LLC for future jobs.

We knew from our first meeting with Brian that Bella s was our painting company. Bella s was one of three painting companies that we called to give us an interior painting estimate. Brian had a detailed estimate prepared for us after he toured our home. The other two contractors did not. Brian kept in touch with us throughout the painting process. Not only did he do a superb job, but he left our home immaculate. I am sure that he works as hard or harder than any of his employees. He has also kept in touch since completing the job. One of my friends examined the paint job last week. She is even fussier than I am, and she pronounced it wonderful! If you would also like a paint job that you were proud to show your friends, give Bella s Army a call! You will not be disappointed!

Bella's Army was great to work with. Brian gave me a great quote broken down exactly how I asked, so that I was clearly able to determine the scope of the project that best fit our budget. Lexus and Debbie were our painters - they were diligent, kind, and happily touched up any areas I asked them to throughout the project. Also, we have 100+ year old pine floors in our house that are always a bit of a concern for me as they scratch easily, but the crew was great about being cautious and gentle (moving furniture and making sure no rocks in tread of shoes, etc.) . Overall, they did great a job, and I am happy to recommend them.

The whole team was great. Very clean and friendly. They were very up front with us regarding pricing as well as providing many samples and swatches to help us decide on colors. Brian kept us updated regarding start times, etc. We had a few areas in need of some substantial plastering repair and Mike did an amazing job making the repairs as well as being an all around great guy. They went above and beyond to do additional coats of paint on our trim when it unexpectedly needed more coats than anticipated. Clean up was impeccable. Our daughter loved the stuffed dog Brian left as a thank you and even named it Brian.

Brian was so professional during the quote period. He was prompt and great about following up. His suggestions on paint color was right on point. The painting team did our living room, dining room and hall. His team was so amazing and quick. Everything including prep, painting and cleanup was done meticulously. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for my next project.

Wow, these guys are *amazing*. I had them paint a one-bedroom apartment at short notice, and I must say, I have never seen such quality work done at such a fast clip for such a fair price. The whole process, from the quote to the end product, was seamless. This is small business at its best. Book these guys! :)
