The company execs were thorough, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. And did all the work in two days. Also, they cleaned up better than most workers do. Before I agreed to contract them, they analyzed all the problems and issues in and round the house. Eventually I went with most of their suggestions: a new 5-ton A/C, new ducts, several new vents, moving drain pipe to meet permit requirements and so on. I kept the old gas furnace which still works ok. The entire project was not cheap, and not the lowest bid I received. But in the end better to have top of the line analysis, equipment and servicing.

Each step of the process was done professionaly and efficiently, from the initial estimate, through the installation and finally passing a City inspection with no problems. Communication was excellent and I appreciated alll the small details, like getting photo id emails of reps who would be sent and confirmations by phone of timelines. Every phase was prompt and the actual installation was careful and quick. The heat pump is working great.

In August, 2020 I had a 5.0 Ton VRV-IVS Heat Pump, Daikin RXTQ60TAVJU F005825 4.0 Ton Concealed DC Ducted, and two Daikin FXMQ48PAVJU E013560 0.75-Ton Wall Mounted Units. Unfortunately, there were multiple problems in getting it working properly for about 4 months and to this day, we have some problems. The company was responsive to my calls but incapable of fixing the problems. So I called the Daikin Headquarters and requested an audit. This revealed how incompetent the installers were. They, for example, ran pipes in front of my roof ruining the esthetics of the house while they could have run in through the attic. Also, the whole unit sticks out like a sore thumb. They were trying to disguise it but it only made it tacky. They are nice and personable but totally incompetent

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
