He did a concrete overlay, with a design in it, for us. It turned out great!

I am absolutely blown away by the end product. We went with a wood floor look and it came out stunning. It was a high detail project that took extra time but was worth the wait. Eric and his team are amazing. I am recommending this business to all of my friends and I recommend it to anyone reading this. These are the GUYS.

Work quality was poor, could not keep to commitments of performing requested work, and displayed 0 integrity when it came to workmanship. The first attempt to skim coat our stairs resulted in a coating that was uneven (trowel marks showing, puddling in areas) and patchwork that was showing through. Their excuse was the type of material used, however, at the time of bid, no alternative options of materials was provided. Additionally, it was stated by the owner that the business manager severely underbid the job, which was an excuse for poor workmanship. On the second attempt, it was recommended by the owner to apply a textured coat over the top to hide imperfections. The goal was to make the tread surface appear similar to flagstone. Once applied and sealed, the appearance was worse than the original coating (sealer was applied unevenly, excessive stains from runoff, and resulted in multi-colored appearance). I received no notification that the owner was finished with the application, as he just packed up and left. I called that evening to question whether or not he was completed, and was told he was. At that point, the owner proceeded to argue with me that I rushed him to complete the job (original work started week of 07/15, completed 08/08), that he told me it wouldnt look good; and that to fix it, I would be charged full price ($1600 in addition to the $600 already paid). Needless to say, I got what I paid for. An owner and business manager with no integrity to stand behind their work, to instead blame their customer on two occasions of poor workmanship. I by no means expected perfection, just a product that was presentable. I received neither. Save yourself the hassle and do not bother with this company.

The worker, Eric, that came out was pleasant and hard working. However, the office manager seemed unorganized. I was told they take credit but when I went to pay with my discover card I was informed they did not accept discover. I emailed day of my appointment to find out what time they would arrive and I was informed that they would not be there that day. This was due to an issue they knew about earlier. I should have been informed when they first knew about it. Eric did have to come back out to sand and reseal the floor because it had bubbles and areas that didn t get sealed originally. He got it resolved quickly and like I said before was very pleasant. Overall I was pleased with his work. The company just needs more organization on the office side.

These guys are awesome. Hire them!!! Tell then what you expect! So you get exactly what you want. I want to give them 5 stars but they fall just below it....they have the abiltiy to bring the AAA game but they run behind. I would recommend them cause they are great people.
