Our 5 star rating is a testimonial to our efficency. When you need Bells we are there for you ! For your conveniance we provide the following information. In caring for your carpet we use "The Hot Water Extraction Method" Your carpet is vacuumed and then "sprayed" with a cleaning agent ( To prevent "Over Wetting") that is safe for children and pets! This agent is then extracted using a mild rinsing solution which contains a fragrance. At this point a protectant against rapid resoiling is applied and last your carpet is groomed. With Bells all these services are done at a flat rate of .30 cents per square foot. There are "NO" extra charges for these services. Customer safety has always been the priority of Bells therefore we use all Eco-safe and Biodegradable products that are safe for children and pets. Mr. Bell was timely and very professional. He worked efficiently even while our two preschoolers ran around and asked endless questions! He was able to get out most stains. I'm pleased that the carpets still look good one month later (despite the cats, dog & kids!). Thank you - we will call again.

Mr Bell was very professional and honest. He did a superior work on the carpet. The carpet looks brand new especially in room with the light grey carpet. Mr Bell was prompt with his appointment and work. Also his price was incredible for the exceptional work that he did. He had done his job extremely well and I would highly recommended him for the service.
