One half star for this company was way too high. They will use you and abuse you for their own gain. We trusted them to be honest and live up to their commitments. We got screwed and put in their "small fish" bin. We were told when they would not show up to do the work they had promised for the second time, that the town we lived in was a stretch for them. Too bad they did not tell us that in the first place? If your thinking of doing business with these people, best you live in Traverse City and have a really big job. Really sorry I placed trust in Mrs. Bell and her commitments.

James can do anything! I keep coming up with projects in addition to the fence and he's done them all before. He's going in my permanent roledex

I called James, he immediately called me back, set up an appointment for the next day, came out, gave very reasonable quote, started the work the next day. He came numerous times and dis a very good job, I was very impressed, as the work was exactly what I had asked for.

This couple is top of line. They are fast honest can do any kind of work. I will continue to hire them. Their work is excellent. Still can't believe I found them.

They were very courteous and conscious of our belongings and took every step to keep things clean with little disruption to our home. If they were going to be a little late, they called and informed us. Heck, when they were done they almost did our spring cleaning for us. Very pleased.

answered immediately. Showed up the next day to give estimate and returned the following day to do the work. Work was done well and although I had my doubts when I realized the size of his operation he proved to be professional and knew his way around the repair.
