Excellent customer service Josh showed up on time and resolved all issues. My kitchen faucet issue can be replaced under warranty and he will be back to fix that. As soon as I receive the part, he also fixed the bathroom faucet while he was here. I appreciate all he did for me.

I had a nightmarish experience. Josh was a nice enough guy, but the system didnâ t work from the very first day. It would push out salty/corrosive water through our pipes. It was so bad that it even caused damage to our dishwasher and washing machine. Our eyes would burn in the shower because the water was so bad. After months of trying to get this resolved (he came out twice to try to fix it, but nothing changed), we finally had it removed and he agreed to come pick it up and reimburse us. He took the unit and never gave us a penny back. I hope no one has a similar experience. $2,000 completely wasted.

They were prompt, came the next day. Repaired the leaking pressure regulator (of which I was even unaware that it was leaking). They promptly fixed the leaking pressure regulator. They then stated it would cost about $100 to replace the regulator. After it was repaired, they then billed me for $700

Jeremy contacted me back on a Sunday shortly after we posted here. I could hear his family in the background, so we are grateful he took the time for us. Josh came out the next morning pretty sharp to the time agreed. After walking us through the options he went off to get the new hot water tank. After about an hour he was back with it and we hauled it down our snow covered side entrance together. Josh had it installed in no time and even discovered a mistake a previous plumber had made last year around the area. That helped him diagnose a problem we were having with our water filtration system. The cost of the install and haul away was average, but the service was great and we would definitely have them out for plumbing again.

He called right away and then we texted back and forth last night late. I was able to show him the hole in the pipe above my water heater through pictures. He walked me through turn off the hot water only so it could wait until the parts store was open and I wouldn’t have to pay for him to come out twice, once after hours. He was super responsive and helpful.
