Was friendly and professional. Appreciated the honesty with repairing my dryer. Was more cost effective to buy a new one than repair mine.

They were there when they said they wuld be. The service man was polite and tried to fix the washer, but it was too late for the poor old washer. I would call them again.

It took way too long to make a repair. Repairman had too many personal issues and kept delaying project. He would promise to finish job and then would not show up or even call to reschedule. Had to put my schedule on hold and job was FINALLY completed after more than 3 weeks of waiting..

"The customer went out of state for more than a week. My mother was in I.C.U for three weeks. Sorry! Mother trumps all, always will. Job compleat including a new water cut off valve with no installation charge. My intent is to give the fastest service as possiable, sometimes things can get in the way. I feel that the service call was done well. I would rather have been working instead of holding my mother's hand in I.C.U. I have many customers and love them all, I only have one mother. Thank You,"
