I hired Belmont Builders last year for porch repair and they completed the work. Communication was difficult. This year I need more work done and after many calls and emails they came out to quote a month ago but never sent me a quote, Ive called and emailed several times but no response. Today they finally emailed me and said they sent a quote and tried calling which is not correct. I have no emails or calls from them. I believe they do not want the job but they are not being honest with me. You cannot trust this company if they are not honest in their communications with you. All they had to do was say they don't want or cant quote the job. This has delayed my project and I am on a deadline. I do not recommend

Adam and his team did a great job on our temporary fence repairs. They were responsive, showed up on time, and completed the work efficiently with no issues. The gates are now fully functional and everything looks solid. Would definitely work with them again.

Adam and his crew worked on my enclosed back porch that suffered from a sinking foundation and rotting posts. They leveled the floor by replacing all the rotted wood and adding more support underneath. They then put new siding all around. They addressed a few concerns I had along the way. I am very pleased with Belmont Builders and I would give them my highest referral to anyone who has a home improvement project. Excellent company!!!!

After our initial job was done we decided to have Adam and the crew back to add the decking we initially declined on the original project. Adam was able to find time in the schedule to come back quickly as my husband was having surgery and made sure the job was done before that date so we wouldn't have to worry about it. I needed a beadboard ceiling on a back porch/sunroom repaired and restored. The guys from Belmont Builders did a great job, it came out so much better than I dared to hope for. ADAM, the owner is one of the best contractor i ever dealt with, he knows his business and the companies customer service is a 10+ he built a new deck that is awesome, we are very happy with everything this man and his crew did and our dog loves it just as much as we do, if not more call this company before you call anybody else for anything, he is a master of many talents, more then just decks. so if you need any help, for sure call him and get his quote, he beat everybody else we talked to for pricing and quality Thanks adam, you will hear from us again for sure

Quick on the estimate. The work was very thorough. The crew cleaned the deck, filled holes and places the old stain had failed,, replaced deteriorated railing, and sanded over and over. Careful work! Five stars are not enough! Should get 10!
