Got the work done after the second try. This was the first time they cleaned out my 1500 gallon septic tank and had a hard time locating it. I could not help them, because I was new to the home and did not know where it was either. Unfortunately, the city/county drawings were not accurate, so they spent all day digging with no luck and had to come back on a different day with their camera, to find the opening. Now we know where it is and I will be using them again.

The owner quoted a price but when the pumpers got they said it was extra cost to dig for the opening to septic tank. I ended up digging it myself. It all worked out in the end.
