Horrific Experience: Aggressive Tactics and Personal Financial Threats. Avoid Beltway Builders. Their representative, Howard, was pushy, rude, and unprofessional from the start. On the day of service, Howard became immediately aggressive, entering my private office uninvited and demanding money. His threatening demeanor forced me to ask him to leave. The final invoice (#2) was issued Wednesday and immediately submitted for payment. Shockingly, just two days later (Friday), the company sent a highly threatening email demanding I pay the balance within 24 hours or face personal legal action. Crucially, this invoice was already marked Past Due upon receipt because the company failed to send it on time. Their legal threat is completely unjustified. Beltway Builders uses highly aggressive, intimidating collection tactics (personal threats 48 hours after billing). Do not hire this company.

Dave Friia was fantastic in every way. Very responsive and creative and solved the problem for us! Would definitely use again for home repairs.

The carpenter is a young man establishing his business. He's bright and very business like in his manner. One of my neighbors who has a carpentry team was impressed with his work and took his name and number for possible future work.

Independent handymen are more affordable and do better job.
