They returned to fix my garage door problem after a mix-up with messaging between us. I withdraw my complaint about their not following up after they repaired my garage door and it later malfunctioned. It was just a matter of readjusting the detector lights next to the door, which I now know how to do myself should it happen again. Carlos came and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

They seem good when they came for the original installation and when they came to repair, now 5 weeks later when the door is failing again they said to come back and they did not, since then they have not responded to my phone calls and I paid them a lot of money and now they are unresponsive. My husband and I are in our eighties and we both have medical conditions we have to do the door manually and the doors are very heavy.
