Use GREAT caution when signing up for the maintenance plan. Called yesterday to schedule a visit to assess a problem with the supplemental unit we use for a sunroom. When I called Beltway I gave the make/model of the unit and the woman booked us for the next morning. I cleared my schedule for the 8-12 window given. At 8:26 I received a message saying that Beltway does NOT service said-unit. Not only was I told that it was covered during the IN-PERSON visit when agreeing to the yearly service plan - I was also told when scheduling the appointment that they could service this unit (I had pulled out the manual to give them the specific Make/Model # if requested). When Julio the manager called after the cancellation he could not even give me the name of another repair company. It feels like we've been mislead or scammed.

$99 diagnostic fee to identify the problem (two wires in the condenser were rubbed out from vibration and touching each other, which shorted the system, causing the thermostat to not turn on), plus $240 to put two pieces of electrical tape on them... Very professional and knowledgeable, but the actual repair portion of the price seems steep considering the nature of the repair. No new parts were installed or replaced.

Horrible company, horrible service, still waiting after 14 days for an update. Claimed they ordered part, then found out they didn’t order the part, then they schedule an appointment and didn’t show up. Dispatch was rude and they didn’t return calls and messages. Same company misdiagnosed my mom’s HVAC system and she ended up getting it replaced only to find it still kept shutting off because it was a gas regulator that was the problem all along.

BELTWAY AIR COMFORT SERVICE is a terrible company. Horrible customer service. Incompetent technicians. They came to my home when my AC broke and 13 days later still no update. I called and texted repeatedly and got no response from the company. It's been two weeks in the sweltering heat we still have no AC. First they said they had to order a part, then I they found out they hadn't put the order in for the part. The dispatch was rude and claimed he didn't know who the owner was when I asked to speak to him. I found out these are the same ripoff artists that misdiagnosed my mom's HVAC resulting in her buying an entire new unit for over $10,000, and then the unit kept shutting off because the real problem was a regulator for the gas line. They're incompetent and unprofessional.

New Beltway is the best choice for your HVAC repair needs! They have the friendliest staff, amazing service, and quality work at fair prices. I had Haden and Shane come out and was very impressed by their kind nature and expertise. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are a bit disappointed by Beltway. While we do appreciate some of their efforts in trying to remedy the situation, the overall experience has been quite negative. Please see reasons below: 1. A brand new HVAC system that was installed on Wednesday completely failed by Saturday morning - which was less than 3 days of installation. This calls into question the quality of Beltway’s product or job, or both. 2. Weekend messenger centers have been extremely frustrating and unhelpful, basically saying that Beltway does not serve customers during non-business hours and that customers just have to deal with Beltway’s issues on their own. We called 4 times this weekend out of desperation. Yet each time they showed no sympathy on the fact that our baby has been suffering through the 80 to 90-degree heat trying to nap. 3. A weekend technician was finally sent on late Sunday afternoon (thanks to owner’s stepping in); however his timing messed up weekend plan as one of us had to stay home and completely missed our good friend’s son’s high school graduation party (now people at the party learned about Beltway…). 4. Unfortunately, this weekend technical was unable to solve the problem and decided to leave us with 2 portable cooling units, which, unfortunately, were extremely loud and inefficient in cooling down, so most of us weren’t able to sleep, just like the night before. Felt like all of their products that we’ve coped with in the past 5 days have been nothing but disappointing. 5. Finally, the full crew came on Monday. But their timing here again messed up the baby’s nap schedule - as the upstairs system was right next to the nursery. This is our first time hiring Beltway. The amount of inconvenience and frustration that they had created in the past 3 days was unbelievable. The experience has been quite negative from multiple aspects, calling into question not only their customer service ability/arrangement but also quality of their products and jobs. We don’t know if we can trust Beltway again or hire them again.

SCAM ALERT... PLEASE READ. Do not hire this company!! Here's the scam. They will convince you to get a poorly rated hvac system (Goodman) because they'll offer you a 10 year labor warranty that includes a free maintenance check every 6 months. What they don't tell you is that the maintenance appointments are only free for the 1st year and then you're forced to join their maintenance program and have to pay them $240 a year for their service plan or lose your warranty. Then they tell you that they can only perform a maintenance appointment Monday-Friday from 9 am to 3 pm when they know most people are working. So either you can't accommodate their ridiculous schedule or you can't afford to pay them the $2,160 in hidden fees and you lose the warranty. And the sales rep that pulled this stunt is their district manager so safe to say they know exactly what they're doing here. Not illegal, but extremely unethical.

Excellent customer service. HVAC installers were great, showed up on time. Dave and Allen answered my many questions during the install. I Interviewed several local HVAC companies before deciding on Beltway. Highly recommend

Moe was the technician assigned to perform the annual check up on my system. He showed me how the hvac system works. Gave my family a hvac 101 quick tutorial. We loved it. He recommended few things and we honestly believe it was needed. Moe highly recommend we cleaned our ductwork and after we did we noticed a HUGE! change in the air quality and comfort. Thanks Moe and Beltway. Will definitely recommend them to everyone

They are excellent, they corrected the problem that the previous company did and they are very professional.

Technician was able to troubleshoot and find the true root cause of the issue that had been plaguing the system for multiple years (2 wires were faulting out in the 8-wire bundle running from outside unit to attic unit). The technician was able to find a solution that would work for us until the wire is replaced. The root cause was explained very thoroughly to us, and the charge for the service call was very fair.

The technician was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. The A/C is working as designed.

Our heat went out and we reached out to Beltway. They were able to get out to us in a timely manner and diagnose the problem. The system was 25 years old and was going to cost 700 dollars to make a repair that had already been repaired once before we bought our home. After discussing our options with Ryan we decided to replace our furnace and AC unit instead of risking future issues and pouring more money in to an old system. He gave us a very reasonable price on a two stage system that is much more energy efficient than our existing unit and did not even charge us for the repair of our current system since we decided to buy a new unit. They have a 5 year labor warranty on their work which is far better than most companies that only offer a one or two year warranty. The install team was very courteous and polite, always wearing shoe covers and taking down decorations or moving stuff to avoid damage while coming in and out. At the end they walked us through the new unit and told us what to watch out for. We would definitely recommend Beltway to anyone and will come to them in the future with all our HVAC needs.
