The cost of what was done was way to much. I was not told what I was looking at before the work was done. And when I call the office I was told one price and then when the work was do e I was told another

The serviceman has been to my house twice and the problem is still not fixed, I need this problem to be fixed immediately it is continually causing more damage to my floors. I have already paid a outrageous fee to fix this problem.

The plumber performing the work didn't know the local regulations & told me that the problem was in the city's portion of the line. After a call & trip out by the city, they informed the plumber & I that, per regulations, it was not the city's portion of the line. I was given 2 options by B Franklin that cost $2600 (dig up and replace the pipe) or $1500 (dig up the pipe and clear the line). I called another plumber (who is also on ServiceMagic with an excellent rating), had the problem fixed for $280. I still had to pay B Franklin $300 for NOT solving the problem. Don't use B Franklin unless you want to pay too much & receive bad service!!

I dealt with both Amanda and Carey. I live in Los Angeles and bought an investment property in Gwinnett County. Because of complications with the seller, the closing was delayed three times, which meant that I kept having to reschedule appointments. Amanda was just great at handling all the changes with grace and good cheer. Carey did the work on the house and was just fantastic - very clear in explaining what he was going to do and how the bill worked, and very hardworking and professional. He found an undetected problem and fixed it for a very reasonable charge which would have caused no end of problems if not caught.

A prompt answer to my inquiry, a prompt response time for an estimate, and an explanation of the work to be performed. I will call them again for future services.

made quick assessment of what appeared to be a plumbing leak, then corrected the shower head flow and sealed the off/on handle as well as the tub fill pipe at the fiberglass enclosure wall. This stopped the leak completely.
