Ben was excellent! I used Angi to get our washer fixed, and he called within 20 minutes of me placing the work order. He was incredibly prompt and able to come out the very same day. After running some diagnostics, he quickly narrowed the issue down to the inlet valve. He ordered the part, it arrived the next day, and he had our washer up and running in no time. We are so thankful for Ben’s prompt service and willingness to help. If you need your washer or dryer fixed, Ben is your guy! We will definitely be hiring him again.

Not only did he do the job right he had to fix the previous technicians mistakes. He actually came out on a Sunday to repair our washing machine which had been broken for two weeks. With a family of seven that wasn’t helping us. We can’t say enough good things about our experience, friendly, honest,!thorough and professional. Very professional and fast. He came on Friday to see what was wrong with our dryer. He ordered the part which should have taken 2 days to arrive but it came Saturday after 6pm he had my dryer working by 7:30pm. So excited to say see you later to the laundromat.

I was very impressed with his excellent work ethics. He identified the problem and insured that the washer pump was replaced instead of just cleaning out the old one which had caused problems before, because it was probably going to happen again. He took the time and explained what he was doing why. I will most definitely request his help again when needed.
