Arrived promptly, diagnosed (plugged drain) and fixed the problem. Only 3 stars, however, because charging $240 is excessive for just over an hour of work.

"Thank you for your review sir. However, we would appreciate if you had discussed the pricing issue with the technician before they left your. Your washer problem was not as simple as you made it sound, the washer was completely dead and won't power on after all sorts of troubleshooting. The technician clearly explained everything they had to do to make it work again. The time it took to fix it is irrelevant, some people would charge you $50/hr and spend 10 hrs while we target the major problems"

Ben was excellent! I used Angi to get our washer fixed, and he called within 20 minutes of me placing the work order. He was incredibly prompt and able to come out the very same day. After running some diagnostics, he quickly narrowed the issue down to the inlet valve. He ordered the part, it arrived the next day, and he had our washer up and running in no time. We are so thankful for Ben’s prompt service and willingness to help. If you need your washer or dryer fixed, Ben is your guy! We will definitely be hiring him again.

"Sir, I apologize about the inconvenience that the situation might have caused you. Our goal is to fix and restore your appliance into prior working condition. This was a rare case and it was not the technician's fault. It happen during diagnostic. sparking Samsung washer during a spin cycle is a major hazard, usually indicating worn motor carbon brushes (in brushed models), loose drive components, or severe friction. This happened when the washer was running on its own. Technician had no control"

Not only did he do the job right he had to fix the previous technicians mistakes. He actually came out on a Sunday to repair our washing machine which had been broken for two weeks. With a family of seven that wasn’t helping us. We can’t say enough good things about our experience, friendly, honest,!thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company for your home appliance repairs.

Very professional and fast. He came on Friday to see what was wrong with our dryer. He ordered the part which should have taken 2 days to arrive but it came Saturday after 6pm he had my dryer working by 7:30pm. So excited to say see you later to the laundromat.

I was very impressed with his excellent work ethics. He identified the problem and insured that the washer pump was replaced instead of just cleaning out the old one which had caused problems before, because it was probably going to happen again. He took the time and explained what he was doing why.
I will most definitely request his help again when needed.
