Very prompt, efficient and professional. Honest. Great customer service. Very polite and clean. A few Small problems in packing delicate items and re-assembling furniture. So far, no breakage. Need to ask more questions when confronting something unfamiliar. Not the cheapest but great value for money.

We used Ben Hur Moving to move my in-laws from their apartment to an assisted living facility. The excellent work done by the Ben Hur movers was appreciated all the more, as this was a stressful life-change for my in-laws. Due to COVID, the movers had to be screened prior to being allowed in the new rooms, which they were happy to do. In addition, parking restrictions meant it was a long walk on an outside sidewalk to bring everything in through the external patio door (no one is allowed inside the common areas of the building). Again - the movers were happy to accommodate. There was a grand piano included in the move, which was moved gently, always completely wrapped and carefully disassembled and reassembled. Everything was blanketed and stretch-wrapped prior to being moved - so there was no possibility of damage. And...nothing was damaged. All four movers were pleasant, personable and cheerful - and everything regarding cost and how the move would take place was communicated prior to the move. They treated all of my in-laws' belongings with respect. And even when we changed our minds several times and wanted the furniture re-arranged (after seeing how everything was fitting in the new place), they were happy to accommodate and shift things around so that it all fit and looked nice. In addition, a combo washer/dryer needed to be moved upstairs to a third location after everything was moved into my in-laws' new place. This was also done without any issues whatsoever. We have used movers at least 4 other times, and this was by far the best, most stress-free move of them all. I can't recommend Ben Hur Movers enough!

When I contacted Ben Hur, I let them know that I have NEVER had a good move experience. I always use someone different hoping to get a moving company that provides good service. I was so pleased with these movers! The team lead by Morris was outstanding. All were pleasant , polite, and hard working. The 2 day move went like clockwork with no hitches whatsoever. I will definitely use them again and I'm happy to refer them to all.
