Mr. Ben Lee was quick to respond to my HVAC request, but could not suggest how to improve the A/C airflow. He decided to check the Freon, even though I explained that it had already been serviced. I had the day prior. I had another HVAC technician came, diagnosed the problem, and he fixed it in 30 minutes. He simply increased the blower motor speed. Problem resolved. To my surprise, Mr. BenLee requested a service fee that was never mentioned upfront. I would have declined from the get-go! Lastly, I am still waiting for an estimate from Mr. Ben Lee. I do not think he had any intention of providing the estimated quote since I only agreed to pay $55 of the $65 service fee he wanted. I thought there should have been some compromise since he never mentioned the service fee upfront. I will avoid this service company.

We are recently very busy with the hot weather. We plan to get back with you next Monday. We do charge service charge and that is the standard to all HVAC company. Unless free quote for new system replacements only.

Responded within 30 seconds after hitting send button at 8:30 am. This was July 4th 2020 and I couldn't get my own property management company to respond to me (since yesterday) to do something about my A/C. Rather than sweat to death over the weekend, Mr BenLe came and diagnosed the problem quickly. Slime mold had clogged the condensate drip pipe so water filled up the 5+ gallon drip pan under the attic unit and shut it off. He got it blown out, dumped bleach down the pipe and rinsed till it ran freely. I bailed the catch pan. He checked the entire system and made sure it worked perfectly before he left. He is very DETAILED and has a conscience and does GREAT work. He even fixed problems left from previous service. Thank you for rescuing us on a holiday weekend.
