They estimated $169, charged $350. Workers are not professionals - they broke my gutter pipes. There is so much detail to my horrible experience, it is hard to put into this short review. Overall a terrible experience dealing with customer service. If I could give them ZERO stars, that would be more fitting.

UPDATE: I received a notice of apology and a check for $95 (Dated 4/30/2019), from Ben Manis plumbing LLC. / On June 18, 2018, Ben Manis Plumbing sent a representative out to clear a sluggish drain in the rear of my home. I was quoted a price of $170.00 to clear the drain. Subsequently, the representative informed me that the growth of roots or broken pieces of pipe was lodged in the drain. I was charged and paid $95.00 for twenty-five minutes of actions that failed to produce positive results and that completely stuffed the drain up. Several days later Ben Manis Plumbing dispatched a different associate to my home, who freed up the drain completely, in short order. He told me that my pipes were fine and the clog was due to a buildup of mud and nothing more. I was charged and paid $152.10. Ben Manis Plumbing was paid a total of $247.10, which is $77.10 over the price that I was quoted. Customers should not have to pay an additional expense for either inexperienced personnel and/or subpar equipment that Plumbing companies send to their homes. Since March 2019, I began to receive a total of three letters telling me that I have to pay $95 for those services, which was preceded by a phone call to my home referencing the 95 dollars that I paid initially. I still have the receipt with the same invoice number that is displayed on all three notices.

I was not told the service call was $250 until the work was completed. Technician snaked the line found no blockage really never told us what the issue was. The following Monday a rep called to ask if we needed service not even aware the technician was at our home. I feel I may have been overcharged.

We were really stuck. My mother in law passed away and we had a house full of people with no working toilet. Drain was backed up. Technician came out in a reasonable amount of time and fixed the problem. He was very respectful of the situation and go the job done quickly. Thanks again!!

After repeated attempts by amateurs to fix an issue with my washing machine, they came out and removed the old hook up connection and replaced it with a new, less complicated outlet box. Once completed the washer still was not working; they took the time to diagnose the issue and were able to resolve the problem. Very pleased and will hire again.

Excellent customer service! Exceptional and friendly service and great price! Was quite a bit later than the appointment time of 10 AM but I did tell them any time was fine [i was in no rush]. They did call me a number of times to inform me as to when they would be here. David came, introduced himself [very nice]. Had to replace some parts inside the toilet which I already had and reset the toilet [as the bolts anchoring the toilet to the floor rusted out [toilet wobbling]. Replaced wax ring and bolts! Toilet now good as new! Will definitely use Ben Manis Plumbing in the future !

The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a stopped kitchen sink which has a garbage disposal on it. He explained in details about my concerns about how garbage disposals work, and also explained what should and should not go in them. He accessed the problem and within a few minutes he had unclogged my drain. And, he cleaned my sink out which he didn't have to. I am very happy with Ben Manis Plumbing service as well as the plumbing technician, Eric Mendez.
