Picture this...relaxing and enjoying Christmas on a record frigid day. Open the door to the garage to find a waterfall inside. Panic ensues to shut off the water to the house and making desperate phone calls for an emergency plumber , only to find out that we're about the 700th call most plumbers had received today. Luck must have been on our side, because Ben answered our SOS and his service tech, Chase, was making emergency repairs in the area. The Neighborhood Plumber provided professional, fast, emergency service to fix our busted pipe! Whew...such a relief and truly a blessing. Chase explained everything and put us at ease. Our Christmas was saved! Can't thank Ben and Chase enough and would highly recommend The Neighborhood Plumber for any plumbing needs!

I would like the general public to know that Ben and his plumbing company is 1ST Class. Chad, Nate, and Kaitlyn are crucial team members to this operation. Chad and Nate are plumbers in the field who know what they are doing and they are Honest! Kaitlyn runs the office and she runs a tight ship. I have used other reputable plumbing companies for my home and rental properties but none come close to skill honesty and integrity THAT the team members of Bens Neighborhood Plumber does!!!

Plumbing was backed up in house on a Saturday, they came out and ran the camera down line and found out we had a root in pipes! Told us we would need it dug out and at the time we could flush the toilet....called back on Monday and they started the process of digging up the front lawn to replace pipes...found two places in yard...excellent job....price for doing job was high but needed it done!

Water Heater - Repair or Service
We were expecting to have to buy a new water heater but Ben being a very honest man came out and made a repair and saved us a lot of money. I had a leak underneath my shower. After looking at all plumbers on Home Advisor, I went in prayer for God to send me the right plumber. I had never met Ben, but God revealed him to me. I called and asked for him. He scheduled a time and he was prompt to keep his appointment. He repaired the shower drain and gave me a discount for being a pastor. He is GREAT.
