Ben was fantastic - he immediately diagnosed my problem (water main) on a Saturday, had all the right people out to mark electric, cable and gas (on a Sunday!), and fixed the problem by Monday at Noon. He was on time, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional. We feel like we have a trusted plumber for life!

Knowledgeable, prompt, and pleasant are adjectives that I would use to describe Ben the Plumber. He was a little higher priced than some of the other bids on installing 3 toilets. I went with him because I liked the fact that he was the plumber doing the installation rather than a plumbing helper working under a plumber's license. The only thing that he did that was negative was he forgot in the cleanup to take a large cardboard box with plumbing parts from one of the old toilets. Other than that, he did an excellent job and I would use him again.

Ben was excellent! He contacted me within minutes of my request and was at my door the very next day. He was professional and a great guy. We had a faucet that needed immediate repair and Ben was able to fix our problem in 1 hour, he was awesome!

On the positive side, Ben was the first to respond and responded nearly immediatly upon submitting my request through ServiceMagic. I found Ben to be courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. On the negative side, he wasn't fully prepared even though he had inspected the work area several days before starting the job. Specifically, he did not bring the correct size PVC P-Trap which I had to pick up (at my own addt'l expense) at the local hw store. Also, he didn't have a certain type of mounting screws for the PVC. It had been my understanding that Ben would be providing the non-burst hoses for the washing mach but I ended up buying them.

"I am so sorry I didnt completely satisty your expectations,truly.I did run out of the PVC traps and one anchor,costing less than $10.Sometimes that happens.With the diversity of every plumbing job and thousands of pieces and sizes needed it can occur.I didnt go purchase them myself because you told me you were going to the hardware store for sandpaper and it saved us both time and money that I could remain on the jobsite and continue working.Actually I did a few things n/c while i was there too which you thanked me for and shook my hand,so I thought you were completely satisfied.I always try,and will be there should you need me.Ben"

need a water heater replaced and wasn't able to be there on the day it could first be done but Ben was there [the water heater was accessible in the garage], did the job, removed the old water heating and done and gone by the time I got home later that day. Terrific experience.

Ben arrived the same day I placed the request and provided a reasonable and fair estimate. He gave me a date to start the project, which was mutually agreeable and he managed to start a day earlier, very acceptable! Ben arrived with all the materials and tools required and immediately began work. He knew exactly what had to be done and he completed the project with true professionalism. He was extremely neat, completing the project as expected. Definitely a name I will keep for future reference!

Ben was very punctual, diagnosed the water heater problem in 5 minutes and had it repaired in another 10. He looked and repaired a small issue with the water softener, completed both projects in about 45 minutes.

Ben definitly knows what he's talking about. He fixed my leaking shower where as another plumber wanted to replace the whole diverter valve. Ben saved me hundreds of dollars. He was there when he said and was extremely neat. Already referred him to a freind. I would highly reccomend him to anyone. I give him a five star.
