The first guy, came to the house right away to look at the project.But, he bailed on me 3 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, I hired Ben, and it was fine but expensive for the time it took to install my handrail.

I had 5 retrofit windows and one new construction sliding glass door installed. I went to other Milgard dealers for pricing and then shopped around and found Roxy Glass. Their price was $2000 less than others. However their customer service was terrible and had to constantly keep on top of them. The quality of the workmanship was wonderful though and very thorough. I might use them again since they had a good price but know it will be a challenge with the project management.

He called me within seconds of the call to him from HomeAdvisor. He was at my home in a very short time to check out the job and to be prepared for anything, including the unexpected. "We did everything possible to please this customer. Quality of work was correct based on the circumstances. Customer was adamant that the wall to be removed was not load bearing, which it was. There was also unforeseen electrical issues once this wall was opened up. I advised this customer that the supporting studs could not be removed unless the load bearing beam was secured. This customer refused to have the beam secured. As such we could not move forward and only charged for the materials that were used."

Ben and his son and other worker were very professional, clean , quick, and friendly. I highly recommend them and definitely will use them again should I have further work come up. I'm very gay with the work.
