Write a ReviewI was given a day and time they were coming, and then got two different calls that he was being delayed. He fixed part of the problem, but needed to order parts to finish the project. Two weeks later, I had to call them to see what was going on, I was told she would have to check the warehouse to see if the parts had arrived . Three hours later she called back and said they were there. We set up an appointment for tomorrow between 10am and noon. The gentleman was nice , so we will see what happens tomorrow . Would I get them again? I do not know.

Arrived when they said they would be here, excellent communication regarding costs, very friendly and helpful with advice on how to operate appliance at maximum capacity. Highly recommend and would rehire in a second!
Charlie was professional and nice. He wore a secure mask which I appreciated. He explained everything throughly and in detail. Definitely a 5 star company!
I wish I had asked the repairmanâ s name. He was excellent. He wore an mask, covered his shoes and was very efficient in fixing our dryer. He was so pleasant and even helped my husband put the doors back on the laundry closet. I would definitely hire this company again and hope that repairman would return to our home.

Prompt, courteous service. Excellent technician
First I spoke with Gail who was very pleasant and was able to get me an appointment very quickly. My fridge was getting warm. Charlie the technician came and ran a diagnostic check and was able to find that the fan was not working. He ordered one and Wednesday he put it in and the refrigerator was back to normal in less than 8 hours. he was kind enough to give me a number I could text to let him know what was happening with the refrigerator. All this went on during labor day weekend. He always made us feel like we weren't "bothering" him as we must have text him 3 or 4 times. when he was running late Gail called to let me know when I could expect him. Charlie the tech that worked on my refrigerator was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable the office staff was great very helpful. Additionally, Charlie called me this morning to see how the refrigerator was working. Talk about customer service. I would highly recommend them and they will be my go-to people when I have a need for appliance repair... Thank you so much, Charlie, Gail. and Benchmark Appliance for the great service!!!
Very cordial service tech, Charlie. He came wearing a mask and put shoe coverings. Even though he was fairly certain if the problem he took time to investigate less obvious options. And he explained everything as he was going. It took longer to get the past than initially anticipated, which seems to be true of most inventories. Good people
