I have used them multiple times. They do what they say they will when they say they will do it. I am always very pleased with their work.

Kendal was able to get to our project right away when we needed him. He was pleasant and professional and the price was reasonable. His work was high quality and we have used him again for other projects, always with good results. At this point, we don't even get bids from others, he has our business.

Without reservation, I would recommend Benchmark Custom Construction for any new construction or remodeling job. Our charming 800 sq. ft. mother-in-law apartment was completely designed by Benchmark. We are thrilled with the extras - the two window seats, a tile-surround fireplace with raised hearth, and a concealed laundry in the main living area. They were all suggestions from Kendal. Pocket doors were another suggestion which have worked just great in our small space. Because I can not envision anything, I especially appreciated that he was patient with me and could duplicate exactly the pictures of what I wanted. This included a floor to ceiling cabinet and the fireplace mantle, among other custom work. Kendal is a skilled craftsman. His attention to detail is evidenced throughout, including the tile work as well as the door, window and baseboard trim. His work ethic, experience, standards and competitive pricing easily validate "custom" in Benchmark Custom Construction. Without question - he easily ranks 5 + shiny gold stars.

Kendal Noller was a joy to work with. He answered all our questions and clearly explained our options for each step of both the design and construction process so we could make informed decisions. He was also very accommodating as we requested expansions on the original project, and our kitchen remodel grew to incorporate updates to our hallway and main bathroom as well. We love the work that was done. Kendal was always on time when he made an appointment and the work was completed within the designated schedule. We were away when much of the work was done to restructure our front porch, making it open and adding a gabled roof, with a loadbearing truss. Kendall stayed in touch and sent updates. This was a major change since it involved restructuring the roof. He did his homework and the finished product was just as we had envisioned. We would hire him again in a minute.

Hard worker, on time, clean, very responsible.

The work was well done. They were always on schedule and finished early. Good and honest person to work with.
