Explained all my options and allowed me to express my issues/concerns. Very polite, I was sold when he first came over after a storm and pit on shoe covers before stepping onto our carpets. If they are concerned about the little things, you know they will do a good job on the great ones---I will always contact him first concerning htg., and air issues.

Chris came to my rescue on the New Year's Holiday to get heat back into my house when it was 11 degrees outside. My furnace had problems coming on and staying on. My house got down to 47 degrees and I could not find anyone that was open to help with this..especially during a Holiday. Chris to the rescue. I sent an email to his site and he responded pretty quickly. He was knowledgeable about what he thought the problem was and was at my house at 7 A.M. the next morning. The house was heating up and warm within an hour. I also had ductwork problems and he took care of that problem as well. He is excellent at his trade, professional, very personable, as is his wife, I might add, and very reliable. This is a husband and wife run business and both are very nice people. I would not hesitate to call him again when the need arises. His prices are VERY reasonable and he does an excellent job. I can't say enough about his service and integrity. Anyone that has such a respect for people and the situation, especially during a Holiday, certainly has earned my respect, as well as my future business.

We had a fan go out on one of our rental house's furnace. The tenants had no heat. Chris was willing to swing by the day before our appointment to check on needed parts, and he was able to make temporary repairs so the tenants had heat. The next day he had all the parts so that he could fully complete the repairs on the day of the appointment. Chris was very professional and his fees seemed reasonable.

These guys were great! They came over within an hour of calling to get an estimate and had the job completed the next day. Was nice to have a professional complete the job that I hired them for at a very reasonable rate and my two year old appreciates his warm room :)
