Kitchen remodel 2024 4/15/2024- 5/21/2024 From our very first meeting, during the design process and through the construction to completion, every person we came into contact with from Benchmark and various subcontractors were professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully. When Lee and Ian say they want customers 100% satisfied, they mean it and it happens. Thank you Benchmark for our beautiful kitchen!

I can’t say enough about my experience with Benchmark Home Improvements! Lee and his son Ian were consummate professionals, exhibiting excellent communication and patience with us throughout the process of our stressful kitchen remodel. The timeline they gave us was “spot-on” and they were at our home every day until the job was completed perfectly and on schedule. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and pleasantly accommodated my two very curious dogs through the duration of our remodel. When I second guessed my choice of flooring, Lee and his wife went above and beyond on their own time to pick out some samples and set them aside at the store for me to look at. I went with one of their choices and I am so happy that I did as it looks amazing! This is truly a “family business” in the old-fashioned sense of the term, and that is hard to come by these days. They genuinely care about their craftsmanship and their clients, and they have a business based on integrity. I have to make special mention of Lee’s son, Ian, as he is mature beyond his years with skills to match it. I was beyond impressed with his expertise, execution and reliability. This young man exhibited a sense of principle and pride in his craft and was a pleasure to work with.

Lee made the kitchen portion of my new home stress-free and amazingly priced! The cabinets arrived on time, were in great condition, with comprehensive instructions, and are a fantastic sight when you enter the home! Very nice to see a SPLASH pool dealer in the area, as I have been a very happy SPLASH pool owner since buying ours over 19 years ago. I still expect to get more years of use from it as it is still in great shape. My previous experience with above f=ground pools was 8 years or less, so this is a very good investment to say the least. Reasonably prices, easy to maintain, excellent materials and construction, easy to set up and take down if needed. I would highly recommend SPLASH pools!

We're so happy that we chose Benchmark Home Improvements for our kitchen renovation. Lee did a great job with the design. He was very responsive and had great ideas. Ian and Lee did a great job with demo of our old kitchen and installation of our beautiful new cabinets. They kept everything clean and organized and were very respectful of our house and family, even considering social distancing, etc. during this crazy time. When the job was done we had a problem installing our refrigerator they were quick to return and creatively resolve the issue. We highly recommend Ian and Lee at Benchmark Home Improvements to anyone looking for a great kitchen renovation.

Lee and Matt were amazing ! They refaced most and added several new cabinets along with crown moldings In my kitchen as well as bathroom. I had some unique ideas and Lee made it all happen. Love my new kitchen !!!!!! Would never go anywhere else !

We chose Benchmark Home Improvements for our cabinet remodel and couldn't be happier that we did! Lee took the time to invest in our vision, and presented us with options for just about every aspect of a cabinet remodel you could think of. He offered guidance toward achieving our vision but ultimately always left it up to us to make the decision. Feeling involved in the design went a long way toward helping us feel confident in moving forward with the project. When it came time to begin, Lee and Ian were extremely professional with regard to respecting everything going on with COVID19, which we were very appreciative of. Lee kept us in the loop with everything that was happening as the project moved along, and while the prospect of redoing your cabinets feels like a big decision to make, the final product that Lee and Ian presented us speaks for itself. Our expectations were high, but our new cabinets are truly stunning; better than we could have imagined. It changes the whole feel of our home! To say it was worth it would be an understatement. We can't recommend Benchmark enough. The experience and result were everything we hoped for. Thanks guys!
