Kitchen remodel 2024 4/15/2024 - 5/21/2024 From our very first meeting, during the design process and through the construction to completion, every person we came into contact with from Benchmark and various subcontractors were professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully. When Lee and Ian say they want customers 100% satisfied, they mean it and it happens. Thank you Benchmark for our beautiful kitchen!

I canâ t say enough about my experience with Benchmark Home Improvements! Lee and his son Ian were consummate professionals, exhibiting excellent communication and patience with us throughout the process of our stressful kitchen remodel. The timeline they gave us was â spot-onâ and they were at our home every day until the job was completed perfectly and on schedule. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and pleasantly accommodated my two very curious dogs through the duration of our remodel. When I second guessed my choice of flooring, Lee and his wife went above and beyond on their own time to pick out some samples and set them aside at the store for me to look at. I went with one of their choices and I am so happy that I did as it looks amazing! This is truly a â family businessâ in the old-fashioned sense of the term, and that is hard to come by these days. They genuinely care about their craftsmanship and their clients, and they have a business based on integrity. I have to make special mention of Leeâ s son, Ian, as he is mature beyond his years with skills to match it. I was beyond impressed with his expertise, execution and reliability. This young man exhibited a sense of principle and pride in his craft and was a pleasure to work with.

Lee was awesome! My wife and I wanted to remodel our kitchen and only had a vision of what we wanted. During our initial meeting with Lee he understood what we wanted and found the perfect cabinets for us. He was very engaging throughout the whole process and always quick to respond. My wife and I just bought our first house and wanted to get off to a good start by updating the kitchen. We are incredibly happy with how the work came out. Benchmark was able to take our ideas and make them into a reality. Goodbye cheap 80's kitchen, hello fine rustic look. Our bathroom vanities were also given a much needed facelift. Lee was communicative and made the whole process simple for us. Even with Covid supply chain woes he was adaptive and able to have the job complete for our move in day regardless. The work came out beautiful and we are so happy we went with Benchmark. Highly recommended!

Lee made the kitchen portion of my new home stress-free and amazingly priced! The cabinets arrived on time, were in great condition, with comprehensive instructions, and are a fantastic sight when you enter the home! Very nice to see a SPLASH pool dealer in the area, as I have been a very happy SPLASH pool owner since buying ours over 19 years ago. I still expect to get more years of use from it as it is still in great shape. My previous experience with above f=ground pools was 8 years or less, so this is a very good investment to say the least. Reasonably prices, easy to maintain, excellent materials and construction, easy to set up and take down if needed. I would highly recommend SPLASH pools!

Lee and Matt were amazing ! They refaced most and added several new cabinets along with crown moldings In my kitchen as well as bathroom. I had some unique ideas and Lee made it all happen. Love my new kitchen !!!!!! Would never go anywhere else !
