No problems with Benchmark and the service they provided which was 300 for extermination service for two weeks. Unfortunately no rodents were captured during that time period and the animals continue to ruin my attic. They charged an additional 450 to seal three separate areas in the roof where it was apparent that they were entering but they are not gone. If there are rodent services that guarantee they get rid of them, I’m all ears but it seems that is impossible. Anyway my request was for extermination of rodents and to clean out the vents and your online service approved the request And tried to find a company that could do it for a bit over 500. Two weeks passed and two companies cancelled due to oblivious reasons, I complained any got a call from benchmark in less than an hour. I was told 500 was not enough to get rid of the animals and clean out vents. Recommend that your staff at Angi pay more attention to the requests in the future Instead of the simply pushing them through.

Arrived next morning after request online late the previous night. Removed what we thought were bats in our chimney, but turned out to be huge mama & 4 baby raccoons. All alive! Service was amazing! Workers were excellent! Cost was excessive.

My Dog pass away and called them they pick up My German Shepard great job they are honest and fair prices I would definitely one again.

Great first response for setting up appointment. Actual appointment the person was over 30 minutes late. They sent a rookie, and I am not confident he knew exactly what he was looking for, and we had to pull information out of him as well as ask him to look places in the house.

Homeowner states they called and stated would be 10 minutes late and actually were 45 minutes late and became time consuming to the rest of homeowners day. Other than that service was through and satisfactory. Homeowner states that they dd provide recommendations that were of great assistance. Did sign a years contract with company. So satisfied to that degree.

They were super responsive to the needs that I had.

They arrived and took care of the wasp problem according to my tenants. Tenants were happy. I did not actually meet the contractors, but my tenants are picky, so I'm sure they did a good job.
