The window cleaners were courteous and took care to do a quality job.

We had some cat urine and they did a fabulous job of getting it out!

There was a subtle 12â  spot that was still in the carpet after cleaning. Benchmark happily came out a couple days later & was able to get the stain out. Very great to work with. Iâ  ve had them clean carpets & uoolstery before and they do a great job. On time arrival, & good communication.

The scheduler was helpful & informative & the technicians explained everything & were very professional.

I have had Benchmark clean my carpets for almost 30 years!! I have ALWAYS been satisfied but sometimes had to have them back because the stains â WICKEDâ up. They would come back and clean to my satisfaction. This past time I could see that the stains were not coming up so I told David ( remember carpets are almost 30 years old!) either to retreat or he might need to come back next week! He got down on his hands and knees and began to retreat and scrubb EVERY STAIN till it disappeared ( and they DID!) He could have just brushed it off, BUT he was also training a future employee and needed to set a GOOD EXAMPLE!! I applaud him and Benchmark for the dedication to the job and his integrity!!!!!I had them do TRAFFIC AREAS which is the hardest area to do. Dirt, tar, Grease, oil, paint stains, and with pre treatment and his â elbow greaseâ the carpet looks GREAT!!! I have MANY who have seen the stains or possibly been the cause and they have been blown away with the way the carpet looks after a clean!!! I recommend BENCHMARK to anyone who wants a TERRIFIC CLEANING JOB, along with reliable, , dependable and courteous and TRUSTWORTHY people to work for them!! Plus the prices are comparable to others and they run MANY specials throughout the year. This past time I even had a 25 dollar credit to use towards the cleaning!! ( which I needed!) All in all I think youâ ll find BENCHMARK to be an Exceptional Company, offering MANY kinds of services and Most of all they stand behind their employees and services to give the customer the Best of the Best! Please give them a try, I know youâ ll be happy!!!

They were so helpful and worked with me from the first call to the finished project. They were coming the same day as my medical emergency and they rescheduled no problem. Then made sure when they did get to come out to help as much as possible because I now have mobility issues until well. I would recommend this group to clean carpets, furnishings etc for you.

I have older carpet that had several stained areas. When I spoke to the gentleman who scheduled my appointment, I discussed my needs and concerns with him and he suggested a plan to get the carpets as clean as possible. The technician, David, was delayed from a previous client but I was kept in the loop as to his arrival. He did an excellent job, you would never know that the stains existed. The more information you can provide the better they can determine the best way to approach the project. I would highly recommend benchmark

Very happy when Benchmark delivered my large area rug, it no longer smelled. Rustin and Kevin took time to move my furniture back for me and made sure my tv was plugged back in correctly.

Wife called benchmark.They did a great job, I spilled wine everywhere. I tried getting the wine out multiple times and it only got worse. Benchmark removed the stain on my white carpet. Looks better than before

This crew is THE BEST! They will come and pick up your rugsâ ¦ even help move furniture off of them! They are very reasonably priced, super responsive and GET IT RIGHT! Their follow through is a incredible. Iâ ve had rugs in all sorts of states of grime filled horror and they always come back pristine. They call and chat about best ways to clean it to get my approval. I LOVE working with them and would never go anywhere else.
