Luis was organized and very knowledgeable. He wears a work belt with all the parts and pieces at his fingertips. He inspected my entire Rainbird system and repaired or replaced all broken or missing parts, then adjusted the spray to better cover the lawn. The brown patches have greened up. He's a little expensive (I thought) but worth the money to have the system working properly.

Overcharged and job not completed, haven t heard from him in over a week. All the positive reviews must be friends and family. Charged 4x previous person and still leaking.

"Hi Joseph, Thank you for your review, sorry to hear about your defective basement main shutoff valve, I know it is stressful to have a bad valve. I'm sure you system is trouble free in regards of my service provided even with a frozen zone that it wasn't able to activate. I stated that you have a defective main valve that is causing your system to get filled again as a defective unit, that's why I had to replace parts outside your back flow preventer unit, until you have that leaky valve replaced you will have this issue. Your sprinkler main valve has to have its drain open to a bucket and prevent water from going to the backflow preventer."

While we had never met before, Luis lives on my block and noticed that I had a major leak on my irrigation system due to cold weather while I was out of town. He shut it off, and tracked me down once I was back in town to let me know. He took care of my sprinkler blowout, and he had to fix a back flow preventer and a sprinkler head. He did this all super fast and efficiently, and his prices were very reasonable. Thanks Luis!
