Here, at Beneficial Home Inspection Services, Inc., we are a locally owned and operated company that values honesty, and integrity. With intimate knowledge of building construction from over 40 years in the construction and inspection business (over 4,000 inspections completed). We provide a thorough home inspection using the latest technology. Our home inspections also include: a computer generated report with digital photos, a thermal image shell scan of the home, a free 90 day limited home warranty, recall check of the major appliances and much more.

Steven contacted me promptly, we set up the home inspection,and Steven was very diligent, thorough, at what I thought was a reasonable cost compared to this home's market value. His written report was very detailed and informative, and he also pointed out little things that were very helpful, like where the main water shut off valve is. He also discovered some needed repairs that were of concern and we now have the seller working to correct those problems.
