"We apologize for the missed communication. We attempted to contact you to finalize the design. The owner worked very hard at re-designing the plans based on your preferences and did not charge any additional fees for multiple changes. We always recommend that our customers prepare to move forward with a project once the designing is complete as designing and planning landscaping is a very intricate and time consuming process. Our company was respectful of your uncertainty and in good faith we did process your full refund AND did not charge you for the multiple high tech 3-D design plans that were provided to you. Benitez Landscaping is well known for our integrity and we are disappointed to read of your dissatisfaction. However, we do wish you all the best in your future landscaping endeavors."
