Excellent customer service and QUALITY work! I had a leak in one of my drains and I called the owner after hours thinking that he was going to tell me he would be there the next day. I had my water heater replaced due to it having a major leak. Josh was super nice and quick. He were able to replace the heater in about an hour. He also took the time to explaine everything to us so we would know exactly what we were paying for and told us ways to maintain our water heater. They were very transparent about the price as well. We had excellent service and I would absolutely recommend them!

The project was completed to my satisfaction, however they did have to come back to fix a leak. They came back and fix the leak and all is well.

It is so refreshing to have a professional intellectual repairman so far and has a great personality and gets the job done diligently awesome I struggled with this problem for a month and Benjamin fixed it right away!

Hired to install a new drain field. They installed and backed up in less than a year. I was out of town and the property manager had pumped out. Failed again within months. Claimed a clogged filter or such. But when I there and the guy pulled, not so. Had to get another contractor to install a new, larger, raised drain field.

I was very pleased. They made all appointments on time. We did decided to go with a regular hot water heater vice the tankless water heater. Mainly because if electricity is lost you donâ t have any water.

I went on home advisor because I needed my tankless water heater replaced. Home advisor referred 2 companies to me. I called both. I had one company come that afternoon. That gentlemen gave me a bid. I thought was rather high. The Benjamin Drew company the next morning. . It was a far more acceptable bid for the same exact unit and job. It was $800 less. They were on time and did the job in the amount of time that was estimated . NO ISSUES . I would use this company again. Thank you Benjamin Drew.
