Benjamin did exactly as he said he would do. Appreciate his working with this project.

Been did an awesome job on our roof. We asked him to completely remove one roof to the wood. He replaced wood along the East side. We asked him to put a good sealant 0ver the wood then put on the shingles. He did all that by himself. He's the owner and wanted to make sure it was done right. I definitely reccomend him. He was very professional and he had no problem doing the extra things that we asked him to do period he did the best job as a roofer that I've ever seen and I've owned quite a few homes through my lifetime...

Salesperson was honest and ontime with a reasonable price.

We started this project in April 2020. The project was completed in September. Some of the delays encountered were not Benjamin fault, such as weather and manufacture of supplies. However, several times we contacted Benjamin about what was going on, and he did not return phone calls quickly. Several times he would tell us that he would be back on a certain day but did not show. No phone call, nothing. Afterward, his crew was supposed to clean up everything. It is now October and we are still finding roofing nails throughout the yard. My new lawn tractor now has plugged in all 4 tires due to roofing nails. I have contacted him about this, but as of yet have not received a response.

It took a while to get the work done. It was the beginning of weeks of rain. I had to follow up a couple of times. The guys did a good job and stayed with it until it was done. They did a good job cleaning up after. The only thing that could be better is communication.

I hired Mr Hackbarth to repair a leaking lanai. He suggested he could fix the leaks with a liquid. He arrived on time completed the job was paid. He stated that if there were any leaks just let him know. I still had a few leaks, I contacted Mr Hackbarth and he returned and re-applied the liquid and the repairs were complete

Benjamin was quick to respond and showed up when he said he would. I'm confident that my problem was fixed. Won't really know until it rains again, but Benjamin said to just give hin a call if problem wasn't fixed.

He would not get back to me. After the 3rd week of trying to contact him, he changed his phone number. He did not want to stand behind his work.

I hired Benjamin to repair a roof leak When he started he found that it had apparantly been poorly repaired by another roofer. He cut the old rotted wood out; put in new supports; installed new wood over the hole; new tar paper and then new shingles with tar. It has rained since, and there is no evidence of water intrusion on my dining room wall or ceiling.

I thought his price was a little high, However it was still lower than all the other estimates I had. Work was done quickly and professionally.

After a month... I m still waiting for my gutters to be put on. The roof work is excellent tho

Being out of state and having a roofing job done on your rental house could have been a little nerve-wracking but with Benjamin Hackbarth roofing it went so smoothly and quickly and what a wonderful job they did. I would highly recommend this company.

Did what he said for the amount he said and stayed after it till it was done. He is a workhorse not a show-horse and his works proves it. I kind of got the Idea he was good when I seen him drive up in a Ford Pickup.

Ben came out personally and gave an estimate the day after calling him. He was very honest and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about. When I hired him I asked a few questions about the job task and he immediately said that if I felt better that he do a couple of these extra things that were not necessary that he happily would and not charge me any extra. Ben performed the repairs the following day and did a wonderful job. He simply shows up and does his job, no BS with Ben!!

I was wanting a contractor who could install a metal roof and who could use a material using a standing seam where the fasteners would not be exposed to the elements. Ben provided the estimate and was awarded the job. He worked on the job and paid attention to detail. It was clear that he took pride in the work that he did. He worked with a high degree of skill and integrity. Ben didn't try to cut corners but rather used quality materials and took the time necessary to provide a quality finished product. He has my highest recommendation.
