The technicians did an excellent job, friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. However, from the project management viewpoint, I had to keep constantly after them to get them to complete the work as specified. In my opinion the project took longer than expected. I always had to call them and ask him what was going on with the next faded project. Otherwise I am pleased with work. I would use them again if need be.

Quote wasn't free, things were missrepresented as they said a quote was free but ended up needing to remove my toilet to quote, and that costed me $260. Then, the toilet wasn't centered when they installed it again, and the attitude was dismissive.
